The Reluctant Handywoman
I have no officially put together and taken back apart three separate shelf units that my mother bought to out in her bathroom. Her idea is logical. She wants additional room for towels, washcloths and bottles. She wants to put cute baskets on the shelves to hold smaller items. She wants to have more space on her counters by moving things onto the shelf, as well as more space in the linen closet.
I go with her to the stores, carry out the shelves she wants, put them together for her, and she decides she does not like them. Then, I take them apart again, carefully replace all of the hardware into the baggies and re-pack the pieces into the original box. I have to go with her to the store to carry the heavy box back in and she returns the item.
The process if getting old. I am desperate for her to find a design she loves and be happy with it once she sees it in the bathroom.
