Nick Bollea Not the Only Reckless Driver
Today in Clearwater, Florida Danny Jacobs pleaded no contest Thursday to a charge of reckless driving. He was the person driving the car that Nick Bollea (Hogan) was racing when Bollea’s Toyota Supra hit a palm tree, critically injuring passenger John Graziano in August 2007. Graziano remains hospitalized in Tampa.
Jacobs was sentenced to 90 days of probation, fined $500, his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days, and he was ordered to serve 25 hours of community service.
He was not charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
Bollea was also charged with reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, though is case is still pending.
