One Clear Dot

I do appreciate the fact that I live day in and day out on one of the most popular vacation destinations in the entire world. I live within minutes of the Gulf beaches. I live within about an hour of Walt Disney World and all of the cool things there are to do in Orlando. I live where fruit and flowers grow all year around. It is insanely beautiful here.

But when I think about investing in a vacation home, I absolutely do not think about doing so in Florida. My mind goes to more exotic locations, all of them outside of the United States. Property in Brazil is something that sounds languid and exciting to me. I think about things like the world famous Christ the Redeemer statue of Jesus Christ in Rio de Janeiro, the sheer romance of the Portuguese language, and the fact the people there honestly appreciate the game of soccer – and I just get all misty eyed. ?

When you are looking online for Brazil property, you’ll begin to notice that one of the reasons that buying resort property there has become so popular is that it tends to be about 70% cheaper than similar apartments and villas you can buy in other European destinations. As an American, I have to take into consideration he value of my own dollar and look at what is best for my budget. This is an attractive feature, to say the least.
