For the Man Who Has It All

I cannot put into words how difficult my father is to buy for when it comes to gifts: birthdays, Christmas, anniversary, and Father’s Day. He is the kind of guy who has grown into a very narrow scope in interest in his middle-age, and he tends to go out and buy the things he needs, when he needs them. Most of the gifts I would think to choose for him would end up being redundant.

My step-mother and I reached a consensus years ago that the best thing to do is talk to her before I buy and then together we choose a simple, casual piece of jewelry for Dad. Accessories are something he actually does not tend to go out and buy on his own. So, I’m in luck there. I happen to like Tateossian jewelry, because out of all of the designers I have seen – this is the line where I find the items that meet my expectation for elegant casual, which can be a difficult style combination. I’ve found some very cool leather and silver bracelets on their website that are a bull’s eye match for my dad’s style. They also have some modern cufflinks and cool dual face watches that I love.
