Most people who have websites are not SEO experts. SEO stands for search engine optimization and it means making your site all it can be so that you show up in a good position in the search engines. You need that in order to drive traffic to your site. And, more traffic means more sales. If you are running a business site, this should be an important issue to you.
As I said, we cannot all be experts. You can learn a lot by spending hours on webmaster forums and tutorials, but that can be so time consuming. That way, you can use your important time to build your business in the ways you already know about: customer service, product, and infrastructure.
