I like to roll my eyes. I roll my eyes at a lot of things, and a lot of people. I suppose it just comes down to the sheer amount of ridiculousness that I have to encounter on a daily basis. Take, for instance, that one of the “houseguests” on Big Brother 9 is a “bikini barista”. Essentially, this chick serves coffee in her bikini. Gee, what a wholesome career for a girl who barely lets a minute go by without reminded the world that she is a better Christian that the rest of the people in the Big Brother house.

I roll my eyes at her a lot. And then, I roll my eyes for even bothering to watch Big Brother. That would be my own ridiculousness kicking in.

But, you do not have to travel as far as Oregon to see a bikini barista. No, Tampa has its very own Barista Babes Café.

I am rolling my eyes right now.

Girls will serve you coffee while wearing either their lingerie or a bathing suit. It opened last month and I can tell you that even if I was about to implode from a migraine headache and desperate for a cup of coffee – I would not have some chick in her bra and underoos serve me said coffee. She would probably be more concerned with making sure she didn’t miss a spot while shaving or that she did not skip her morning diet pills than getting my coffee order correct. Of course, I am sure that a very small percentage of the clientele is female anyway.
